It is a good idea to sit down and work out what you require from the property you
wish to rent.
Your requirements?
Make a list of the most important things you would like in a property
- Number of Bedrooms / Bathrooms.
- Location / Near to town centre or station.
- Furnished, Part furnished or unfurnished
- Parking / Garage.
- 6 Months or 12 Months contract
- Distance from work place and local schools
- Rental price per month that you can comfortably afford
